Being healthy (physically, socially, emotionally, mentally) and modeling health for our children requires us to make time for ourselves. A great article by Meena Srinivasan titled, Social-Emotional Learning Starts with Adults, provides examples and strategies for how to practice healthy habits for social emotional wellbeing. They are ideas that can be built into big and small moments of our days.
